Refund Policy

This refund rule applies to all token purchase transactions completed on official Cache AI website cachme.one.

1. Qualified Refund Conditions

• Full refund within 7 calendar days after payment, consumed token less than 5% of purchased amount.
• Platform continuous unavailable over 72 hours caused by official system fault, partial unused token refund available.
• Duplicate mistaken payment with zero token consumption supports full refund within 14 days.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Payment completed over 7 natural days no matter remaining token balance.
• Consumed tokens exceed 5% of purchase quantity after recharge.
• Account permanently banned due to violation of Terms of Service.
• Buy tokens via unofficial third-party reseller channel.
• Personal subjective reason including dislike AI output, change mind cannot apply refund.
• Free activity bonus tokens are non-refundable and non-cashable.

3. Refund Application Process

• Send application email with register mailbox, order ID, purchase screenshot and detailed reason to official support.
• Our team finish review within 3~7 working days after receiving your request.
• Approved fund returns original payment channel in 5~15 business days based on payment provider schedule.
