Terms of Service

Welcome to Cache AI. These Terms of Service apply to all services on cachme.one including Free New Chat, Text to Image, Work Automate and Vibe Coding.

1. Account & Age Requirement

• Users must be at least 18 years old to register account and purchase platform tokens.
• You shall keep your account password secure, all operations under your account are your legal responsibility.
• Account selling, renting or transferring to third parties without official approval is forbidden.

2. Token Usage Rules

Tokens are in-platform digital credits to unlock premium functions. Free chat does not consume any token and no login required.

• Purchased tokens cannot be exchanged to cash except eligible refund cases from Refund Policy.
• Cache AI reserves right to adjust feature token cost with website public notice in advance.
• Tokens never expire unless your account gets permanently banned for violation.

3. User Content & Intellectual Property

• All Cache AI website design, logo and core AI algorithm belong to Cache AI copyright.
• Content generated by AI belongs to creator; you grant Cache AI non-exclusive right to optimize AI model with desensitized content.
• Reverse engineering, cracking or attacking platform server is strictly prohibited.

4. Service Suspension & Termination

We can suspend or close user account without compensation once users violate platform rules, illegal use or malicious abuse.

5. Disclaimer of Service Interruption

Temporary offline caused by server maintenance, third-party API failure or force majeure shall not trigger compensation requirement.
